These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://ironveda.com, including its content, features, products and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The website is operated by Ironveda ("Ironveda", "we", "us" or "our") and is hosted on Shopify.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy and any other policies displayed on the website. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services or place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Ironveda offers honey, herbal blends, pastes, sachets, jars, combo packs and other wellness-related products. We make reasonable efforts to display product names, images, ingredients, pack sizes, prices, directions and other details accurately. However:

  • colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your device or may change without prior notice;

  • product images may be illustrative and may not perfectly represent the delivered product;

  • minor variations may occur between batches or packaging versions; and

  • typographical, pricing or product-description errors may occasionally occur.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time, subject to applicable law.

4. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Information available through the Services is provided for general product and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.

An order is accepted when it is dispatched or when we otherwise confirm acceptance. We may reject, limit or cancel an order before dispatch because of stock unavailability, incorrect product or pricing information, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other reasonable operational grounds.

If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method, subject to normal banking and payment-processing timelines.

6. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be included or shown as required by law. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

We may change prices, promotions and offers at any time before an order is placed. A price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where the displayed price resulted from an obvious error. If an error is identified, we may contact you for confirmation at the correct price or cancel and refund the order.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the applicable charges.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote-location serviceability and events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and an active contact number. Risk of loss or damage will pass as determined by applicable law and the circumstances of delivery.

8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy and applicable consumer law.

Because some products may be consumable, ingestible, personal-use or hygiene-sensitive items, returns may be restricted after delivery or once packaging or seals have been opened, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and report any damage, missing item or incorrect item within the period stated in the applicable policy.

9. Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes

Promotions, free gifts, discount codes and limited-time offers may be subject to separate conditions, eligibility rules, minimum order values and validity periods. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • only one discount code may be used per order;

  • offers cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed;

  • cancelled or returned orders may lose promotional eligibility; and

  • we may withdraw or correct an offer affected by misuse, fraud or an obvious error.

Third-party brand names, product names and trademarks displayed on the website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

12. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:

  • you created it or have the right to share it;

  • it is accurate and relates to your genuine experience;

  • it does not violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;

  • it is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive or obscene; and

  • it does not contain harmful code, spam or unauthorised advertising.

You grant Ironveda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display submitted content for operating, improving and promoting the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may moderate or remove user content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to monitor all submissions.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include tools, payment options, tracking services, social-media features or links operated by third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content or practices.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. Review those terms before providing information or completing a transaction.

Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may also process information as necessary to provide the Services.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Any product warranty is limited to the warranty expressly provided on the product page, packaging or by the manufacturer, if applicable. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory warranty, guarantee or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Ironveda harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply where a claim results from Ironveda's own unlawful conduct or negligence.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, threaten website security or create legal risk for Ironveda or others.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, liability limitations and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any mandatory jurisdictional rights, courts located in Faridabad, Haryana will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Services.

Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue promptly. Nothing in this section restricts any right you may have to approach a consumer commission or other competent authority under applicable law.

20. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
